Product Overview

ChillTap is a plug-and-play water cooling device designed specifically for shattaf (bidet) use. It helps reduce hot water temperature, providing a more comfortable and refreshing experience, especially during hot weather.

ChillTap requires no electricity, is easy to install, and is compatible with standard shattaf hoses.

Installation Steps

Step 1: Turn Off Water Supply

Before installation, close the water valve connected to the shattaf.

Step 2: Disconnect Shattaf Hose

Unscrew the shattaf hose from the water source.

Step 3: Connect ChillTap (IN)

Connect the hose in the box with the water source from one side and connect the other side of the hose to ChillTap

Step 4: Connect Shattaf Hose (OUT)

Attach the shattaf hose to the OUT outlet of ChillTap.

Step 5: Tighten Connections

Use a plier or pipe wrench to tighten all threaded connections.

Step 6: Placement

Hang ChillTap on the wall using the included hanger OR place it securely on the floor next to the toilet.

Step 7: Turn On Water & Test

Turn on the water supply and check for leaks.

How to Use

• Once installed, wait 10 minutes and use your shattaf normally.

• ChillTap is made of a special heat-dissipating material that allows heat to escape efficiently.

• Water flows through ChillTap and cools naturally before reaching the sprayer.

• if you used 3 litres of water at one time, wait at least 10 minutes to allow the unit to release absorbed heat and restore optimal cooling performance.

• No electricity required.
